A Master Servicer is a financial entity that supervises each component and participant of the financing structure with a comprehensive approach. In the same way, it supervises, reviews and verifies the information and operation of the primary servicer, generating additional reports for the participants in the structure. With this, the Master Servicer provides quality control for the primary servicer\u2019s processes. This process involves information retrieval, data reconciliation, report issuance, incident and important events follow-up, as well as collections follow-up.<\/p>

HiTO currently performs the Master Servicing of trust structures under Master Trusts that have one to several additional trusts with one to several lenders.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Master Servicers provide companies and financial institutions greater control and visibility of the assets and flows that support loans, as well as certainty and transparency to investors in structured debt transactions.<\/p>

A Master Servicer periodically monitors the behavior of the portfolio, supervises and controls the cash generated by the assets assigned as a source of payment, generates reports for investors and letters of instruction to trustees, supervises the correct application of the payment schedules, works in close collaboration with the servicers for the correct drafting of reports, investigates and solves complex problems and identifies the requirements and the latest updates in regulatory matters with the authorities and the financial system.
